Vernon Valley Ski Area, Vernon, NJ
Major expansions of ski area,
including 1,400 units of recreational housing along the ski trails
and golf course. Provided engineering services from the initial project
representation to the local community boards, through all state approvals,
design of the infrastructure including water and sewerage. Assisted
in all phases of construction of the housing until project completed.
Worked with hundreds of contractors and numerous governmental agencies
to compete the job.
